TWCA Inc. has collaborated with multiple insurance companies to offer an electronic insurance policy third-party certification service. This service allows users to view the content of their electronic insurance policy and confirm its validity upon reception. It is recommended that customers inquire with their insurance provider regarding compatibility with this service.

User Guide

• Upon receiving an electronic insurance policy attachment via email from your insurance company, you can proceed to open the attachment file and select the TWCA Electronic Insurance Policy Reader (which must be downloaded and installed beforehand). Enter the password provided by your insurance company to access an overview of the file.

About the overview of an electronic insurance policy

• Upper Tab Bar: This section provides access to functions such as "Insurance policy content," "Verification," and "On-line Verification." Users can navigate between these functions by swiping left or right.
• Insurance Policy Content: The top section displays the status of the insurance policy; any error messages should prompt contacting the insurance provider. The central area presents a preview of the first page of the policy, with the option to view the complete content by clicking on it.
• Verification: Here, the user can verify the authenticity of the insurance policy. A valid electronic insurance document comprises three digital signatures. If any error messages suggest potential tampering, it is advisable to inform the insurance company.
• On-line Verification: In case of uncertainty regarding the reliability of the electronic insurance policy, users can utilize the "upload & verify" button on the top right corner for certification service provided by TWCA Inc. free of charge. The verification outcomes will be displayed on this page, and any error messages hinting at alterations in the policy should prompt contacting the insurance provider.
